These samples are a great way to hear the capabilities and limitations of the album or cassette restoration process. The first sample is what a typical record would sound like before and after the restoration process. The second sample is a worst case scenario of a very badly scratched LP record. There is only so much noise that can be removed without adversely affecting the sonic quality of the music.
